JJ Aalbue is a soccer missionary with the Lexington Eagles, a division of Mission Athletes International. Through professional soccer, community outreach, and youth development, she serves the Lexington, KY community and beyond.

Having competed at the highest level in the USL Super League with Lexington SC, using the visibility and platform of professional athletics to point to something greater.
Youth clinics, camps, and community engagement in Lexington and beyond — including international trips to Honduras with Mighty Micros youth development.
At its core, the Eagles ministry is about discipleship — building genuine relationships through sport and living out the call to go and make disciples.
Jennifer "JJ" Aalbue was a midfielder/forward with Lexington SC in the USL Super League during the 2024-5 season and a soccer missionary with Mission Athletes International.
A Grace College graduate and NAIA All-American, JJ was tournament MVP in both the 2021 and 2022 NCCAA National Championship matches and has also earned NCCAA Player of the Year honors. She also played with the Charlotte Eagles in the WPSL before joining Lexington SC for the inaugural USL Super League season.
JJ believes God has given her a platform through soccer to serve others, build community, and share the hope of Jesus Christ — on the field, in the locker room, and in every conversation.
